Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your TaskTram account at any time, from the app or by email.
How to ask
- In the app: Profile → Email & password → Request account deletion.
- By email: write to hello@tasktram.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my TaskTram account".
We confirm the request by email and delete the account within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your sign-in (email, password or Google link) and your profile: name, photo, job title and settings.
- Your notifications and your membership of the organisation.
What stays with your organisation
Tasks, comments and files you added to your organisation's boards belong to that organisation, so they stay there. Your organisation's admin can delete them. If you are the only admin of an organisation, deleting your account can also close the organisation and delete all of its data. Tell us which you want.
