Terms of service
The agreement between your organisation and us.

These terms are between etaDit Solutions Private Limited, 1297, Hare Krishna Vihar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India ("we") and the organisation that signs up for TaskTram ("you"). By creating an organisation or using TaskTram you accept them on its behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for who you invite, for keeping sign-in details safe, and for what members do in your organisation. Members must be at least 18 years old.
Your content
Everything your organisation adds to TaskTram stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. We keep it separate from other organisations' content and do not look at it except to provide support you ask for, keep the service secure, or meet a legal requirement.
Security
We protect your content with encryption in transit and at rest, access rules that keep organisations separate, daily backups and limited staff access, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping your members' sign-in details safe and for removing people who should no longer have access. Tell us straight away at hello@tasktram.com if you think your account has been misused.
Acceptable use
Don't use TaskTram for anything unlawful, to upload malware, to send spam, to break or overload the service, or to access another organisation's data.
Plans, fees and taxes
Paid plans are charged per member, monthly or yearly in advance, at the prices on our pricing page. Rupee prices exclude GST. If you add members during a billing period we charge for them pro rata. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change, which applies from your next renewal.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Your plan continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep TaskTram available and backed up, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; if we remove something important to a paid plan, we will tell you first.
Leaving TaskTram
If you close your organisation, you can ask for an export of your content within 30 days. After that we delete it as described in our privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
