Refund policy
Short version: try it free first, and if a yearly plan isn't right, tell us within 14 days.

Monthly plans
You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-used months.
Yearly plans
If you cancel within 14 days of your first yearly payment, we refund it in full. After 14 days, your plan runs to the end of the year and is not refunded.
Removing members
Members you remove are taken off your next bill. We don't refund the current period for them.
Mistakes and outages
If we charged you by mistake, or TaskTram was unavailable for a long time through our fault, write to us and we'll put it right with a refund or credit.
How to ask
Email hello@tasktram.com from your admin address with your organisation name. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
